If you have been the is Internet marketing game as long as I have you should have learned by ... as I have there is not short cuts. No matter what no software comes out on the market. Have you noticed that growing your business on the Internet seems much life the "Wall Street Stock Market". We always folk to the hottest new "Lead List" promotion or "Get More Buyers". Beware.
So, I am writing for Day 3 of my online business and here are my results.
First, a short recap from day 2. I was completed re-writing my articles, which still had a 38% duplicate count on them. I found that rather strange because I totally thought out all the paragraphs myself and wrote it the way I would say it or explain it.
Day 2 completed rewriting articles now ready to submit to build website.
In the past I have always designed the website then looked for product to promote. Not that I did not know any better just like the website design more than writing articles and doing research.
mistake #1 website design.
It took me all day to put the website up .. mainly because I am in a course that has video and I wanted to follow their road map exactly. I figured if my way of marketing online was working I would already be successful online business promoter of great products.
Right ...
The most challenging part was the color design of the website and side bar affiliate banner. I was trying to create one myself .. and no I am not a graphic designer. I ended up going with one from the seller and I think it looks pretty good.
mistake #4 always test different things on your site when not getting clicks.
This requires explanation. You first have to get traffic in order to track. So here is where you have to write articles or pay for advertisement. By doing article marketing or advertisement you are directing targeted traffic to your ads and if you get a high number of clicks on your site you are good.
Could your site use improvement in order to generate higher clicks? That is the question you should always be asking yourself.
Day 1 -reviewing videos on picking a niche, domain name, targeted keywords.
Day 2- re write articles for niche based on 5 chosen keywords
Day 3 -created website launched in staging environment to test links, and admin pages, look and feel.
1. Find a niche you won't promote.
Make sure it's something your a bit interested in .. it helps. I have found when you pick a niche you have no interest in it can sometimes show up in your writing. I think they way around this is to love writing and provide good content more than you love making sales.
You can become kind of like a journalist who just love to inform the public and educated an audience. If you find that hard than just stick to promoting and writing about what interest you. You could always hire a ghost writer .. just make sure they provide good informative content.
2. Do your research on this market.
Find out what they like, what they don't like. Check on reviews of product to see what other like about it or don't like. Try to discover what makes this market buy/tick. Always try to put yourself in the buyers shoes and ask yourself why would they buy from your site.. or why would you buy from your site or opt-in to your email list.
3. Keyword research is very important do not skip this step.
This step probably should come even before you research the niche. You want a good keyword that has very little competition and high search volume and it may take more than one day to find one. Sometimes you may have to even switch niche.

Day 2 My Internet Marketing Journey Update
So, I am writing for Day 3 of my online business and here are my results.
